Welcome to our farm!

We are committed to the alpaca lifestyle and industry. Since purchasing our farm in 2009, we have immersed ourselves in alpacas. We have volunteered at several shows and have served as ring steward, gate keeper, along with general volunteer needs. Karley serves on our State Affiliate board. We would love to help you start your journey in alpacas, give us a call to set up a time to talk about your goals and dreams and let us help make your dreams a reality.

Houchin Family Alpacas began with a dream to find some property and move to the country. In the midst of this search we also found alpacas. Although the original plan was to start slowly, we found and purchased a 6 acre farm with 12 alpacas. We have been very busy on the farm working hard to make the correct decisions to advance our herd genetically. We have sold 7 of our original animals and have acquired several new females that will allow us to advance our herd. We love showing visitors our animals and talking about the wonderful advantages of owning alpacas.
All of our animals are cared for by our children so they get a lot of love and attention, being a small farm we are able to have daily interaction with all of the animals. We have spent a lot of time researching and learning how to properly care for our alpacas.

We offer full customer support for all of our customers and would love to teach new owners what we have learned. We run all of our own fecals, do our blood draws, monthly shots, etc. We can teach you as little or as much as you want to know.

Take a look we have some excellent deals on animals, all of the females are bred to some excellent males, and some are priced near what the breeding fee would be.
